Early Christmas Presents

So Gavin has gotten a few early Christmas presents.....I wanted to post a few pictures of his new outfits.  So mom gave Gavin the cutest Raincoat and matching boots.  She gave it to him the other day so he could wear it on Monday when it was super cold and rainy....he was not a fan of the jacket but he wants to wear his boots all day long.....

Hey look it's the Gordan's Fisherman BAHAHAHA!!!!

So then the next day Auntie Mandi decided to give Gavin something that he absolutly loves...she found this adorable Spongebob beanie on Etsy and knew Gav would love it.....this is probably the cutest beanie I have ever seen.  I swear if we knew how to make it I could have sold about 20 the day he wore it to Brit and Car's school.

I had to throw this one in there because I am about to take everything I have bought back because my child loves to play in this box.  He played with this for hours and hours.  He even sat inside and watched a movie for like 25 minutes without even moving.  Who knew a box would be such a hit????  Happy early Christmas Gavin....I know you love the box but I hope you like what we actually bought you that came in that box!!!!

One Crazy Week!!!!

So this past week was pretty busy for us..... Tuesday we started off with Carly's Kindergarten play where she sung 12 songs.....it was sooooo cute they did great and of course Gavin was excited the whole time.

Gavin sitting on the floor watching the whole play...

Wednesday came along and we started our day off with a little breakfast at Denny's.  My mom and I thought we would get a bite to eat before we had to help in Carly's class for her Christmas Party.  Since Adam was off that day as well he came along.  Well of course right when we were done eating and about to leave Gavin took a header into the table we were sitting at.......he was a trooper and only cried for like 10 seconds.  Of course I was freaked out and was watching for everything eyes, bump etc...

Poor Buggy.....

Well it was time to head off to Carly's school so it was up to Adam to watch for it all.  So we went to Carly's class and made gingerbread houses, raindeer handprints, decorated cookies and tons more.  We had a lot of fun and the kids had a blast.

So after helping in the class I rushed home checked to make sure Gavin was doing ok and loaded up the car to meet Nichole and Janie at Disneyland.  This was going to be my first trip to Disneyland by myself.  When I say that I mean parking and taking Gavin, the stroller, my bag and everything else on my own on and off the tram.  I am proud to say I survived and it was a successful trip.  Gavin had sooooo much fun you wouldn't even have known he had smacked his head on the table if it wasn't for the bruise on his eye and cheek.

Thursday came around so fast Adam took the day off again and decided to golf for a while which was great cause I had a ton of shopping to do.  So I headed out with Auntie TT and got a bunch of things done for Christmas.  Then the weather got a little crazy on us.......here is the play by play.....we went to a store and it was cloudy...then we came out of that store maybe 20 min later and it was sprinkling...... then we walked to the car 1 min and it was pouring.....I was putting Gavin in the carseat and it began to hail.....1 min later there was lighting and thunder that shook the car so hard......I climbed over Gavin to get in the car it was hailing so hard.....we then got in the car and started driving in the pouring rain when it then decided to hail and snow on us........this was all taking place within a total of 10 min sooooo crazy.

Sooooooo crazy.....

So we finally got home a little late thursday and I forgot I had to make the Christmas Taffy Bouquets for the girls teachers since their last day was Friday....and of course it's been so cold my taffy was super hard and I had to keep melting it....it took FOREVER....but I was happy to do it and they turned out great and the teachers loved them.......

Here is one I forgot to take a picture of the other.....

Friday finally hit and I picked the girls up from school and took them to my house and we did a little gingerbread house decorating and we wrapped some presents.....Here are a few pictures I totally forgot to take the pictures of our final product so I text my sister to send me a few and they ate Carly's hahaha....so the finished ones below is just Britney's lol.

Britney's turned out great....

It's finally Saturday woo hoo.....so today is rounding out one crazy week.  Today we got to spend the day celebrating Madison's 3rd Birthday.  We headed off to her Yo Gabba Gabba party which was super cute and Gavin had a great time....he ate lots and lots of Candy and cupcakes and loved playing with the bubbles.

More cupcakes mom.....

I love bubbles.....

So tomorrow is Sunday and I thought it was going to be a day filled with pj's and a whole lot of nothing.....well of course I decided to make it my Christmas cookie baking day that I do every year.   So I am off to bed so I can get some sleep before we start making dozens of cookies and brownies.

Going to visit Santa

So this past weekend I had a slumber party with my two youngest nieces Britney and Carly.  We stayed up late, ate bad food and had too much fun.  We ordered Taco Bell and uncle Adam went and got it for us.  Then we went to see the Christmas lights off Main street, usually they are the best to go see but this year it was horrible.  Every other house was off and then we came to the end of the 1st street and they all were off.  Oh well we got over it and headed home.  We took baths and then stayed up super super late.  The only way I got the girls to go to bed was that I promised them something fun to do the next day but I wasn't gonna tell them till the morning.

So of course they woke up and began asking what we were gonna do that day.  I hadn't even wiped the droll off my face hahaha.  So we ate some donuts and got ready and packed up the car.  We had to go pick up the other two (Ant and Belly) cause I was gonna watch them too for the day.  Once I had them all we were off to go see Santa.  Of course we were there two hours early cause on Sundays apparently Santa doesn't come till noon when the mall opened at 9.  So we walked around and did a little Christmas shopping then went back and the line was already long. So we hoped in line and the girls were the best behaved children the entire time.  I think Santa should be around all year if you ask me.

So finally we got to the front and of course the girls ran straight up to him and Gavin ran the opposite direction.  He HATED Santa........I mean HATE!!!!!!  Poor thing kept the death screams inside but those tears were flowing pretty hard.

We were able to get a pretty decent shot.  When you have 5 kids in a picture it can be pretty hard.  However. we got it done and the girls were super excited and Gavin will be tormented for a while but it was well worth it.  I would be tormented too if an old guy with a beard who dressed funny tried to touch and talk to me so I guess you can't blame the kid hahaha.

Family Christmas Photoshoot

So last wednesday we headed to Dos Logos down the street to take a few family Christmas pictures.  We were very lucky and thankful that Mandi was able to take time off her lunch break and snap a few shots for us.  I didn't pick the best time cause Gavin was starting to get a little cranky and he needed a nap and being sick on top of it all didn't help.  However we were able to get a bunch of cute ones.  Of course in fear that we were not able to capture any during the day.....Mandi came over after work that same day to snap some more.  Here is where we really got some good ones.  Thank you so much auntie TT for the Family Christmas Shoot...we finally have pictures with all three of us.

Love my boys.....

Silly boy...

Hahaha had to throw the CPS picture in.....

Love this pic....

Trying to get mommy's orniments....

Seriously over it guys...hahaha

He tied us up for the cookie jar.....

Hahaha look I got the cookies.....

All smiles now that he is on a sugar high.....

I didn't do it.....

I have to end this blog with one of my favorite photos.  Everyone is actually looking and pretty much smiling and I have to point out that Adam's necklace is showing.  I don't see it as a problem but at the time once this picture was taken Adam noticed it was out and asked Mandi if it was in the picture and she looked at her camera and said yes.  He got so upset it was showing and wanted to redo the picture but the child was not gonna behave to take another so he had to live with it.  So he decides to tell me to make the Christmas card say......

MERRY GUIDO CHRISTMAS
